To leave.
As far as I know, we use the verb forget with abstract nouns.
For example:” I forgot about the meeting”,
but we use the verb leave with concrete nouns. For example:”I left my phone at home, because I forgot to take it.”
So, I think it is wrong to say :” I forgot my phone at home.”

Indeed, the correct one is “I left my phone at home”. This is when you forget to take something from a place.
